Insurance

Our clinical staff participates in several insurance panels. Among these are BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, CBHA, and others. In the event your counselor is not a provider for your insurance policy, out-of-network benefits may cover our services. We will be glad to file insurance electronically when possible, and will provide you the information needed for you to file a claim yourself.

Finances

Rates are based on services provided

Base Fee

Payment is due at the time of service. The standard fee is $150.00. However, realizing that this may be prohibitive for some, a reduced fee may be available depending on the circumstances.

Client Assistance Fund

This is a fund that is available to members of covenanting churches. Due to the gracious support of covenant churches, we are able to offer a reduced fee in situations of need. Please do not hesitate to discuss this with your counselor.

Cancellation Policy

Our policy states that without a 24-hr notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full session fee.
