I have been curious about people and their stories all my life. At the Counseling Center at Charlotte, I strive to create a space where clients can share their experiences and begin to see themselves more fully—to feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as they are. My goal is to help each person find the path that is healthiest for them, where they can live a life that is meaningful, satisfying, and hopeful.
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), I am currently earning my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNC Charlotte. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies and am particularly interested in working with those who have experienced religious or spiritual trauma, as well as those exploring questions of faith and spirituality. I am drawn to the Person-Centered therapy model and often incorporate Gestalt theory for its grounding in present-moment awareness and personal growth.
At the Counseling Center at Charlotte, I take a holistic approach to therapy and healing—honoring the mind, body, and spirit connection. I also offer meditation and breathwork practices for clients who wish to integrate mindfulness into their sessions.
It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and transformation.
